1 OZ ORGEAT
½ OZ FRESH LEMON JUICE
½ OZ SIMPLE SYRUP
½ OZ COCONUT YOGURT
4 STRAWBERRY SLICES
TOOLS: SHAKER, STRAINER, FINE STRAINER, muddler
GLASS: OLD FASHIONED
GARNISH: STRAWBERRY ROSETTE + BLACK CRYSTALIZED LEMON
ADD ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS TO AN ICE-FILLED SHAKER AND SHAKE WELL. DOUBLE-STRAIN OVER FRESH ICE AND GARNISH WITH A STRAWBERRY ROSETTE + DEHYDRATED LEMON

1 ½ oz MIJENTA BLANCO TEQUILA
½ oz BLUE CURACAO
1 oz AQUAFABA
½ oz ST. GERMAIN
¼ oz LIME JUICE
½ oz SIMPLE SYRUP
TOOLS: SHAKER, STRAINER
GLASS: NICK AND NORA
GARNISH: LIME WHEEL + PINEAPPLE LEAF FAN
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A SHAKER. DRY SHAKE 10 SECONDS. ADD ICE TO SHAKER AND SHAKE HARD FOR 30 SECONDS. STRAIN IN COCKTAIL GLASS. GARNISH WITH PINEAPPLE LEAF FAN AND LIME

2 OZ MIJENTA REPOSADO
2 OZ COLD BREW
¾ OZ CHOCOLATE LIQUEUR
½ OZ VANILLA SYRUP
TOOLS: SHAKER, STRAINER, FINE STRAINER
GLASS: COUPE OR FIZZIO
GARNISH: COCOA NIBS
PREP GLASS BY PAINTING ONE SIDE OF GLASS WITH MOLASSES AND SPRINKLING IT WITH COCOA NIBS. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN SHAKER WITH ICE. SHAKE VIGOROUSLY TO CHILL AND DILUTE. DOUBLE STRAIN COCKTAIL INTO GLASSS OVER CREME SODA SPHERE.
